I can't speak for the current rules, but when I played in high school, the LHSAA penalized players for celebrating anything.

His 6-6 State Champion high jump was two inches short of his personal best 6-8 high jump he had at the St. Tammany Parish Championship on April 02, 2009 @ Covington High Track in Covington, LA. --James Wright was the Louisiana 4A State Champion in the high jump (6 foot, 4 inches, his personal best) at the LHSAA Outdoor State Championships on May 08, 2009 @ LSU's Bernie Moore Stadium. Also note that Tyrann Mathieu had a personal best 6 foot, 2 inch high jump last month (January 08, 2010) at the LSU High School Classic @ LSU Field House in Baton Rouge, LA. LSU's Bernie Moore Stadium, where both Williams and Wright won the State Championship in the high jump on May 08, 2009.
He has been timed several times around 4.5............keep in mind that QB may not have the best arm. It is pretty evident that the QB is not that great b/c they always seem to do the same play over and over again. A short bubble screen to the left.:tigereye:
