I'd pay off my house, share it with family, give it to charity, and quit my job and open a brick and mortar location for my online collectibles business, the "Collector's Cantina." I'd also set up trust funds for my kids, so they will be able pursue careers that matter to them and not have to worry about if the job they get will pay enough.

Coincidently, someone from Houma won the lotto over the weekend. I probably know them, because I have known every other winner from Houma. I went to high school with a girl whose parents each won the lottery on separate occasions.

First problem is that I will never win since I have never played it. Assuming someone bought a ticket in my name and I won...

Buy my wife her dream house, complete with housekeeper. Trust funds for the kids. 10% to my church in WF, 10% to my church in Bogalusa, 5% to my church in Mandeville. Cadillac CTS-V for Lisa, dream vacation for my entire family and dream vacation for Lisa's entire family. New furnished home for my in-laws here in Mandeville. Cessna Caravan 675 for trips back and forth to Dallas to see Lisa's family and our friends in WF.

Wouldn't have to be that big at all. Plane is 2.5M at most, Lisa's house 1M, inlaw house and furniture .3M, 2 vacations at .1M each, trust funds, 3M total, boat and car, .15M, 10M for us to invest and live off of. All of this is 17.15M which would be 75% of the total (remember 25% given away). 17.15/.75=22.87M. Even with taxes, the gross amount wouldn't need to be over 45M. Double that to get the cash payout and it would need to be 90M.

If it wasn't that much, I'd buy a used Cessna 182 for .1M and could reduce the 10M for investment as needed.

Not that I spent any time thinking about this or anything :D
