It looks like CLM and staff have this roster stock-piled with talent.

I've looked at the roster and see at least 20 sophomores that are seeing significant time.

Another 16 or 17 Freshman that may turn out to be really good SEC players.

A strong coaching staff and elite Strength and Conditioning program.

    So my question is:

Is LSU about to go on a 3-4 year run where we're right there every year?
    - Top 5 finishes
    - Multiple Conf Champ opportunites
    - Multiple BCS opportunites.

Likely. Did ya hear the announcers last night jawing 'bout Hilliard? Showed a highlight of his work in the game & commented that "you're looking at a fourth string RB" or something like that. JHC! Depth like an Ocean!

    I'm thinking:

If our young OLine recruits- talking about our current freshman class and the incoming class.

And our QBs- Mett, Randall and Rivers and whoever we sign this year.

If these guys pan out to be solid players, LSU could make a run at titles every year for the next 3 or 4 years.

It looks like CLM has us in a great position.

A lot will depend on the O'line, Thought Mett will be a refreshing change of pace....

The next 2 years will see a much different and more dynamic and well rounded offense.

We'll still run because that's what Les loves to do, but I see us throwing for 225 a game next year and averaging over 450 yards a game, and over 40 points per game.

It's bad news for the rest of the SEC these next two seasons.

Yep. Even the national media is now on board with our utterly ridiculous our backfield is. They're all slobbering over the depth back there.

Most of the OL is returning, and we may get Josh D back for another year. And Collins will be making his presence known, as well. I think we run for over 200 in every game next year.

I can't wait, can we just fast forward from January until September?
I'm gonna have a serious hangover during the off season!

I don't get why Josh D would not be allowed back if he indeed wanted to play another year.

Anybody know what would decide that one way or the other?

After we beat Bama, I looked ahead and told my friend I could not see us being the dog in a game until 2013!

    The futures so bright...

after a season like this, there will undoubtedly be some coaching turnover amongst our assistants. interested to see how this might affect us in the future. but man do we ever have the talent.
