HARP 2.0 Explained I made a 20% down payment on my house and it didn't decrease in value by that much so it looks like I'm out.
Obviously, you put it where it balances the issue. That point is not fixed and may need shifting from time to time. But you surely won't find it by promoting extreme policies A true general statement means far more than a precise statement that is precisely wrong. No one advocates this. But government has solved many a great problem and it is foolish and myopic not to utilize it where it works. Nonsense. Many were caused by governments failing to take measure to support its economy. You don't know my way and you lie a lot without any qualms. Don't ever try to speak for me.
oh yes of course. glad that is sorted. let red control everything because red decides where balance is achieved.
Are you blind as well as imperceptive? Who said anything at all about Red "controlling" anything? :insane: What I said was a balance point can be found based on the changing situation. The rest is martinian lunacy.
The balance is the problem. If you say you want $100M for x program and I say I want $200M for x program but we only have $50M to spend the balance wouldn't be $150M.
red doesnt care about principle. he just tells you his opinion, labels it as the "balance" point and then thinks that means something. if my opinions are colored by the fact that i like pretend to be an iconoclast, and rex's are colored by the fact that he is a ron paul loving psycho, the red's are dictated by the fact that he think being between two arbitrary points makes him seem wise.
