    Look, it is their friggin' job to make decisions. This requires them to have an opinion. They know the Constitution very well. If you want to make a Constitutional objection, then make it.

    Nowhere. Does that make all marriage unconstitutional? Of course not. The court is there to interpret the Constitution and they ruled that marriage is a right of citizenship that cannot be denied to gay people under equal treatment of the law.

    Exactly. I disagreed with some decisions, but I have not said that the Court itself had no constitutional right to make decisions.

    And the fallout has already started touching ground. Now there are people wanting to make it legal to have multiple wives.

    This will spiral out of control very quickly
