Yes. By 1910 we already had the world's largest GDP. GB's empire was crumbling. Germany did not have the natural resources needed to continue growth (see WW2). France has never had a business friendly government. Russia would still have fallen to the Reds. The only difference I see is that China would have had a better chance at becoming a real democracy and surpassing us earlier.
It would have taken us a little longer. WWII forced us to ramp up our industrial might to full capacity. It awoke the Sleeping Giant.
The United States had the 17th largest military in the world pre WW2. Also think of how Roosevelt was able to basically strip England of its colonial stranglehold on the world in exchange for support. America also became the worlds largest creditor after WW2 and basically stood at the head of the United Nations. Maybe America would be the superpower it is today without WW2, but maybe not and if so, it wouldn't have happened nearly as quick and the world may look completely different as a result.
