Some good stuff here, a lot of average, and too many horrible stats after 6 weeks of football. And guess in what category . . .

  2. I have noticed that our rush defense is doing very well.
  3. Is winning percentage for opponents played?
  4. How can a team with so much talent be so awful on Special Teams? Is it all on Peveto? In 2007 wasn't Peveto coaching special teams? What's changed?
  5. May change against the Gumps.
  6. Passing D and STs. Stats are so nega.
  7. Won-loss record, LSU is tied for 1st with about 10 other teams with zero losses.
  8. No punter, poor discipline on kick defense teams, short kickoffs, and poor decisions by the punt returner. Peveto is not making the errors, but it is his job to fix them or find players who can get it done. I expect to see more starters on special teams the rest of the year if they are better at it.
  9. rush d was busting ass up the middle on fla. that was some impressive stuff. the numbers reflect it. total defense not bad.

  10. None of those numbers are surprising, but actually seeing the numbers on special teams is sickening. Shows about what everyone has been saying on offense and defense, pretty good, but plenty of room for improvement.
