There’s a difference between the duty of the government and a personal opinion. The government IS under the obligation to consider a suspect innocent until voted (proven) guilty by a jury. I on the otherhand can make a private judgement...one that has no weight beyond how my thoughts convince others but don’t delude yourself that you truly know where this stands.
