If you’re Bama. We had to beat Bama and the refs. I’d have loved to see a fairly called game. No gripes on this loss; we weren’t perfect but the SEC didn’t want WW to win. Hope the NCAA refs don’t have the same marching orders.
Hell of a game by Watford after struggling all year against them. They got almost all the bounces their way and needed every single one of them. I've never seen so much contact down low consistently reward a team not named Duke over another. Pretty crazy.
There is some kind of jinx between LSU and Alabama. Ball seems to ALWAYS bounce their way. Almost strange.
I thought the refs let them play and let some obvious ones go.... watford was mugged a time or two as was thomas.... closed the gap in the 2nd half on the boards but too little too late..... if anything, this should provide some motivation going forward, and hopefully give them some identity on defense.... from here, it’s all about the matchups...
Kinda like with Steelers or any Penn team. But we played very well and Watford is making his case for NBA.
