They more that I stewed over the potential replacements, the more I am inlined to think that Aranda will be the choice. Also think he will hold on to Raymond, Joseph, and McMahon. Raymond servers as recruiting coordinator so a +. I know some knock Joseph’s coaching, but look at at how Boutte has developed + how the freshmen receivers are coming along. Special teams are greatly improved since McMahon joined the staff. Aranda knows all 3.
Raymond and Joseph are safe. You do not want either of those guys on another SEC staff recruiting against LSU in Louisiana. Specifically in the NOLA area. I’ll say this, if they’re not retained and Jimbo isn’t the hire, I’d put a lot of money that one or both find their way on A&M’s staff next season.
