  1. well his claim is that "Overturning Roe would make America more democratic", which is true.

    i am fine with overturning it and making america more democratic in this case. doesnt appear to me that the Constitution grants a right to abortion, as the justices said.
  2. And that's the fatal flaw in Alito's bullshit. The Constitution does not "grant rights". That's placing the horse before the cart. It's the opposite: rights of the people are foundational to the Constitution, not subject to, and that people should be masters of their own bodies is implicit throughout the document. For example, there can be no such thing as "an unreasonable search and siezure" if the right to privacy is not the implicitly recognized foundation.
  3. All this discussion is fine but everyone here is not facing the obvious. DEMOCRATS are trying to destroy this country. Everything they do is wrong and not by accident it's on purpose.
    What politician would....
    Be for open borders
    Be for destroying the fossil fuel industry
    Be for a ministry of disinformation
    Be for defunding the police
    Be for mandatory masks and or vaccines
    Be for allowing 5 year old to decide what gender they are
    Be for politicians that tell you they can change and control the climate
    Be for teaching white kids that they are born racist and privileged
    Be against voter ID
    Be for males competing in women's sports
    Be for abortion on demand
    Be for Antifa and BLM

    There is more so other than a few Rhinos it's all DEMOCRATS. Let's quit kidding ourselves these people want to in Barrack Hussien Obama's words to "fundamentally transform America".

  7. This is not totally true. Ectopic Pregnancy is a case were termination is warranted. The BIG difference here, it's not "my body my choice" ... it's the DOCTOR making the call to spare the pregnancy from damaging the fallopian tube.

    Such is not part of the Roe v Wade debate, as such is a medical procedure and has nothing to do with a woman's "right" to get an abortion. Every woman I've known who has had to terminate due to ectopic pregnancy was devastated but thankful they could get busy and try again.
