    Seems like it. Especially if they beat USC. The only games left for ND is Army and USC. :dis:

    Notre Dame plays USC and Rutgers plays West Virginia. We play Arkansas so if we win that game (and ole miss) will be up to 6 no matter what. Could be top 5 going into the postseason and top 3 in the final poll. I'm encouraged by this. I didn't think we would move that much this week.

    Did you ever think LSU would be in the top ten and Rutgers would be ranked ahead of the Tigers?

    If we win out, we'll head into bowl season at no worse than #6--probably even better. If we are #5 or #6 in the country, it would be tough for us to get excluded from a BCS bowl. It would help a lot if ND loses, because they get an automatic birth if they finish in the top 8.
