Yeah, but my question was meant to make fun of the fact you even consider Lovie Smith over Sean Payton. Chicago was 11-5 and made the playoffs last year. What they're doing this season was not totally unexpected. Plus his poor player evaluation in choosing Grossman over Griese to be his QB this season will cost the Bears a championship this year. Some say well he has to go with Grossman because he is their QB of the future. Rex Grossman shouldn't be on anyone's radar for QB of the future. In the immortal words of Reggie Bush, that's just dumb. Griese is still young enough to have played 6-8 more good seasons and lead this overly talented defense and special teams to multiple championships.
If Sean Payton doesn't win, it discredits the whole system. As long as the SAints don't drop their last three in bad fashion, what SP has done is incredible...
I don't see how anyone is even CLOSE to be even CONSIDERED over Sean Payton. Seems to be this is an open and shut case, more of a lock than Troy Smith winning the Heisman. Can anyone make an argument for anyone BUT Sean Payton?

OK, here's where I stand: Lovie Smith, being the head coach of the Bears and intimately familiar with his personnel, is far more qualified to decide who should start at QB on his team than an arrogant, fantasy football coaching geek. Any questions?
