1. Near the end of the day, the leaderboard looks like this:

    1. Sergio Garcia 65 -6
    2. Paul McGinley 67 -4

Tiger is -2 and my boy Boo Weekley is -3 on 17.

The course is a lot better than in '99 and somehow Sergio learned how to putt. Never seen that much confidence in him.
  2. Sergio will choke just like Daly did today.
  3. I think Sergio's putting will desert him and he'll fade off the leaderboard.

What a roller coaster ride for JD. One minute I see him atop the leaderboard and 30 minutes later he's dropped 6 strokes. Typical JD round.
  4. NOT SO FAST, MY FRIEND.

  5. Why don't they call it the British Open anymore?
  6. Yes. Pretty much what you would expect from JD.
  7. British Open is how most Americans refer to it. To any knowledgeable golf fan in the UK, it's always been The Open.
  8. Boo finished at -3. Very impressive as I think this is the first Open he's competed in.

In addition, El Tigre is lurking, Angel Cabrera continues his fine play and is at -3.
  9. where is kj choi? hes my new favorite.
  10. -2, T8th. Look out if he's in the hunt Sunday. I have yet to see him get rattled.
