Well, I think the ULM loss really hurts Bama's recruiting efforts. There are obviously some serious riffs between the players and the coaches right now. This type of stuff filters out and once the bammer talk radio shows start talking about the turmoil and Nick turning on his players and being a hypocrite... $4 million per for this load of garbage. well he didn't lose 3 every year but he does lose a game he's not supposed to lose every year. or rather he loses a game he's supposed to win every year. someone at the party last night said yeah every year but the national title year... well we weren't supposed to lose to florida that year. we all know he's not the second coming of the bear, but he also has no ties to lsu anymore. we can stop talking about him.

Player says that is why player mentioned have not played as much until really necessary. That is why we see Lowe at rb, Arenas at safety, no LD, little Stover. Another poster earlier in the week alluded to the same inside info that saban gets personal when he has it out for a player and keeps them in the dog house. Player told his mom that Saban has lost the team and many feel like transferring, or not playing hard to make him look bad. Player states there is some what a racial thing growing on the team. Team is hurt ing and doesnt know what to do. Saban even said during post game comments that team had bad week of practice and that he tried to motivate them.
Did anyone else have trouble reading that last post? One part I did get was the speculation that players are playing poorly to make Saban look bad. Now, I really don't believe any of that crap, but if that is true, then they don't deserve to be playing college football. You play for the pride of your school, not your coach.
It takes a while to get used to Saban. His belief in focusing on the process while neglecting results can be trying, but in the end, he's right in that aspect. Alabama will be fine if they give his philosophy a chance. His problem now becomes recruiting. His character's a huge ? and without results, he has nothing to really fall back on.
