Pretty sure he means Bryant. I talk to a Miami guy from time to time and he says its Alabama-Miami for TJ. Personally, I don't think anyone knows. He keeps his lips sealed and doesn't let anyone in on whats going on like Arthur Brown.
Yeah I meant Bryant. I think Bryant will come to LSU in the end to help form the next great pair of bookend DBs like we have had the past 5 years. I think Harris is all Miami. Don't forget Miami has a decent to good shot at Alonzo Lawrence also. Are they seriously considering taking 3 DBs at this late stage? I highly doubt it.
I read this and wonder if you think Miami isn't considering 3 DB's at this stage why do you think LSU is considering 3 DB's at this stage? FWIW, I don't think Alonzo is in the picture for Miami at all. Bryant? Yes.
They are considering all 3, but they won't take all 3. They will take the first 2 to commit is what I meant.
Has everyone pretty much dismissed any chance of him choosing USC? He was there last weekend, nothing being said, kinda reminds me of the JM thing- LSU/Ole Miss were diversions. Could LSU/UM be a similar scenario for TJ? PC is a sum beyotch when it comes to recruiting, I wouldn't count the bastid out just yet.
I agree. The news I'm getting on TJ is coming from Melvin Ray's camp. I know the two are close and Ray has been saying all fall/winter expect a surprise on signing day. We'll see...another reason recruiting season gets me hook, line and sinker.
Just how many players can Alabama take?? with J Jones & TJ Bryant still on their board & them already among the nations leaders with 28 players seems they will take 30.
They will likely take 31 or even 32. Remember they have 2 "backcounters", that will go against LAST season's #'s...plus a couple on the "Bryant Scholarship"...plus a couple that may not qualify...plus a couple that will "greyshirt".
