I wouldn't say it was a perfect play. He was beat by several feet. No other player would have been sent. The coach only sent him because he's Mitchell. That's why I think LSU needs to be less aggressive. Luckily, LSU is getting things going again here in the 3rd, so it didn't hurt LSU overall, but it could have.
