This team most certainly isn't above criticism, but there are other ways to say it without spewing all of the anger coming from your posts. That's all. Every team goes through what we're going through at some point or another. I do regret some of the things I said in my feedback as you do seem like a generally good guy. Just keep in mind, it's not the message that's the problem, it's how it's being delivered.
