    Appetizer: Seafood (crab and shrimp) stuffed mushrooms

    Salad: Ceasar - the real thing, hand made. not the mass produced crap you get everywhere now.

    Main Course: 8 oz beef filet mignon, medium rare, topped with sautéed lump crabmeat and topped w/ Bearnaise sauce

    Desert: Chocolate mousse.

    Wine:

    Appetizer: 2004 Dutton Goldfield Devil's Guldh Pinot Noir

    Salad (yes salad wine): 2005 Patrick Coulbois Pouilly Fume Les Cocques

    Main Course: 1961 Chateau Latour

    Desert: Churchill's 10 year Tawny Port

  7. I figure last meal deserves to not care about price. The Latour is my favorite wine I have ever had the pleasure of drinking.
