1. Well the CFP ring says "National Champions." That's the official championship ring, and LSU issued its own as well. Maybe Clemson, tOSU and the Okies got a different ring. Since the playoff games are also bowl games that seems reasonable. I think most major bowls issue a ring.

  5. Just ask any Oklahoma fan how they feel about all of their participation trophies.
  6. pfft, I hate that saying, and that attitude
if you can't be proud of your team, and enjoy the excitement of watching the competition, even when they lose,.. well, I don't think you really like football,.. If all you care about is the W or L at the end of the game, why even watch it?.. just check the score after it's over

  7. Dunno bout all that. Last couple of seasons with Miles, there were more than a few "W"s that were fire miles worthy. But then there were the Cholly Mac years where just sniffing Atlanta were treasured moments. Perspective.

Loving them Tigers has it's ups and downs, but loving them Tigers is what we do best.

  8. I watch for that magical season like 2019. Happens every so often that the bitter taste of defeat is worth it.

It’s like saying, “why try” if the end goal doesn’t matter?

As the saying goes, “it just means more”....
  9. Serious question because I'm not sure, but do Final Four teams in basketball get a ring? Maybe for winning their region, I guess.
  10. I believe, as evident by some of the antics of texass and okie light that you can make a ring for any occasion if you want to.
