is it going to happen? How do you feel about an 18 game schedule in the NFL? Great for Fantasy Football, great for fans who just can't get enough football, bad for the players, especially if the NFL won't cover them medically after their career is over. What Say YOU!!!!
We can't even get through a 16 game season without significant injuries. Can you imagine 18? I'd love to see an 18 game NFL schedule, but not at the expense of victories for the Saints because half the starters are on IR and the other half are playing, but held together with duct tape. The quality of the game will suffer and the shelf life for players; especially RBs will be greatly reduced. Even with reduced pre-season games and an additional bye week, 18 games is just too much.
