1997 Independence Bowl Photos

Does anyone have any pictures of the Unis LSU wore in the 1997 Independence bowl (Remember the white helmets, and yellow jerseys)

I am discussing Unis on an Auburn board and some of them have not seen them so I thought I would share...

 

I searched the net hard and the best I could come up with was this bad bad picture. Wish I could have found more or better

I remember watching that game. The helmets were very sharp, but I didn't like the yellow jerseys. I think purple would have looked better.

i was there for that game. man, i froze. and an old drunk guy in front me kissed everyone around me and then fell down. those uniforms were cool.

 

I think they should wear the white hats with a purple jersey. Maybe for homecoming or bowl games?????
