1. Anyone have a stat on this?
  2. The only one in recent memory that I can think of is that damn Monday night game. We should of put that off till the end of the season.
  3. Yep. Tennessee 2005. That's all I got, but I'm pretty sure we dropped one to TAMU in the early 90s at home. Just not sure if it was the opener...but I think it was.
  4. Home Opener Losses... Going back 30 years:

    2005 Tn
    1994 A&M
    1993 Auburn
    1992 A&M
    1989 FSU
    1983 FSU
    1981 Bama
    1980 FSU

  5. The 90's were BAD BAD man.
  6. And yet, not as bad as the 80's for home opener losses.
  7. Ugh why did I even ask this question..

  8. :geaux: The dark years for sure.:( Just thinkin' about Hallman & Tepper makes me want to go puke. :LSU231:
  9. I graduated LSU in '84. I sat in the student section for those three jewels.Heck, the first play of 1980 was a fumble when Risher and Gajan got mixed up on a handoff.

Tomorrow will be the latest scheduled home opener since '93 which also was the same date of the home opener in 1982 which was also the season opener as well.

Can you imagine now if the season didn't even start until tomorrow ?
  10. To put it in the big picture, Miles is 25-1 in nite games in Tiger Stadium. I don't think this game will change that trend. :geauxtige :geaux: :LSU231:
