I remember those pictures before and remember his size when he was a recruit. Some people thought Laron was on steroids when they did his before and after also but still think Cushing is and other USC players.
The shocking thing was the time elapsed between pictures.. it was around half the time Laron was at LSU.

No. Some total nobody blog put out an unfounded rumor which was then picked up by just about everyone. Matthew's attorney already sent a letter to that blog's owner informing him of the $500k fine for making such false claims. Anyone with a positive result was notified 3 weeks ago. Neither Cushing or Matthews were included. http://blogs.nfl.com/2009/04/03/league-others-refute-report-of-positive-drug-tests/ As for Cushing, those pictures were taken years apart. One after he'd been ill for several months and the other after years of college level strength conditioning. He was not only tested by the NCAA but by USC on a random basis and has never failed a test. He cannot prove a negative so these rumors are just that, rumors.
