Yep they started serious negotiaitions to cancel the Tulane series last year and we finally finished the talks and Tulane's crutch. At least for the time being.

Not that I don't respect McNeese State but really? I'd settle for Tulane over them. Anything but a FCS team. With that being said, I do somewhat look forward to it nonetheless. Great program there, nice college, and dedicated fans.

Yeah not really a game you want but I would rather McNeese once compared to Tulane for 17 more years.

    BTW,

    Nice Home Schedule next year:

    Miss St.
    WV
    Tennessee
    McNeese St.
    Bama
    Southern Miss
    Ole Miss

The press release on the Tulane series say there is one more game beyond this years game but no date on when it will be played.

I've got mixed feelings about playing McNeese. I''m not a proponent of playing FCS schools but I think you can make a case that playing a top tier program like McNeese or Appalachian St is better than playing an instate directional I-A guaranteed W.
