Saints sign former Pro Bowl linebacker Anthony Spencer for dirt cheap (vet minimum). Low risk, high reward if he pans out. He tore up his knee and was out all of 2013 and didn't have the greatest season last year, but the article states that he gradually got better as the season went on. Doubtful he returns to Pro Bowl form, but he could be a solid contributor playing along side Ellerbe.
