4* OLB out of Starkville, MS. Apparently he is talking with the staff and is set to take an official visit in January. Looks like O and co. are intent on getting an LB or two in this class. 6'1" 203 lbs
We need this guy to join Phillips in this LB class. I know O was in Starkville last week working on him is there any new news to report?
Not good. Said Mrs. Ware, "I enjoyed the official, but I wish I could've (had time) to build a relationship with their staff like I did with Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Michigan. LSU came in late. There's really not too much I can reflect on. I really don't know them that well. They came in late. It's crunch time." Tyler Taylor is our guy.
I like our chances with Taylor as well... Gay would be a surprise and I would credit Phillips committing as the determining factor if he did surprise us.
