1. Something must have interested my better half. She said WE voted absentee. Something tells me it was one of those "Here, sign this" moments.

  3. There are a lot of candidates I never heard of in these local elections. Every lawyer who can't make a living chasing ambulances runs for judge.

  5. I used to have a high level of interest in national elections. I still vote, but not with the level of interest I formerly had. As far as races for dogcatcher I let my better half decide those.
  6. New York Democratic leader, Joe Crowley, votes out by his own party.
  7. Donavon and McMaster (Trump endorsed) win their primaries.

Throw in the SC ruling today and Trump's having a banner day.
  8. Suicide watch for Maxine

  9. I think this needs some extended discussion. He didn't just get voted out....New Yorkers voted in a 28-year old socialist bartender. Economic justice was a main component of Ocasio-Cortez's campaign, with her platform advocating federal job guarantee, free college tuition, Medicare for all ages, and the demolishment of ICE.

Economic justice? Hilarious. America is going to go further in this direction if both parties don't get their shit together. Socialist Democrats want free shit, they want 30-hour work weeks, 2 months vacay every year, and 2 weeks every 4 years so they can sit on their ass getting drunk while watching gay-ass soccer. They want equality of outcome, not equality of opportunity. And for anyone who wants to regress to popular vote....the left coasts will decide the election. You'll have a che guevara radical on one coast and a bigoted racist public leech lifer on the other. Hello Ocasio Cortez and Maxine.
