    I don't know that the talent in the SEC has gotten any better since the 90's. It was the most dominant conf then and still is today. The Rams of 2000-20001 showed that you can score on anybody anytime if you have the right schemes.
    I don't think it will happen, but 40 a game is not completely out of the question.
