1. He really was outstanding. I didn't know anything about him until Saturday's game. I saw his name thrown around a lot last week on the message boards, and I have to say, he lived up to his top billing.
  2. He deserves it. Is this the first time a punter has been named player of the week?
  3. The Thread title is misleading. He was voted "Special teams player of the week"

  4. Yes and why wasn't TM7 voted defensive player? He is national defensive player of the week but not SEC :confused::confused::confused:
  5. I watched him at Parkview Baptist, my kids school. He's a great asset.
  6. This kid is a SPECIAL weapon for LSU.

It just goes on to continue to show, that there is so much more to football that can make a difference then just the obvious. You can rave all day about 600 yard offense's, but when you have weapons like this that go unnoticed to the opposing team and their game plan, it’s part of the frustrating way LSU beats you down!

This is where championship teams really show their success in recruiting talent!!
  7. Same here, his Dad(David) had a short stint with the Lions of the NFL and also played football in Scotland....along with this type of football.

  8. It was his performance which allowed wvu to get so much yardage imo. Not a bad thing, but they would get a first down or too each time, that pads the numbers a good bit.
  9. When you start in a hole every possession, it makes for a long night....
