Fred's most recent arrest was for impersonating a police officer.

I guess they are/were affluent, but they are from a decidedly "unaffluent" area. It's not like they live in Highland Park, Southlake, or even Plano. And the parents do look really trashy.

He ran to Mexico and got caught. Let's make him serve the 120 days in a Mexican jail. Affluenza won't mean shit there. 120 days in a Mexican grande slammer is like doing 10 years in Texas. Karma can be justice.
