I would say JP wilson is very average at best, yet he got all the starts over the other QBs. :huh: Whats this say about Bama's QB's coming in next year?
As we at LSU have proven all you need is a QB that can manage the game. JP managed the offense to the SEC championship game and a 12-2 record. Bama was 12-0 before loosing its first game. NO reason to replace him with an unproven Qb.
I just think that Bama will struggle next year at QB being as JPW was their best option this year. Next years QB must not be as good as Wilson...
Unless bama has a Matt Flynn type coming in they may want to look at LSU's season as to what can happen with a inexperience and unproven qb.
I think Star Jackson was their big QB recruit last year? Not sure if he's the guy next year or someone else
