  2. Catch a lot of alligators in Tennessee?
  3. I have tried alligator just about every way I can think of. I still don't like it. Always seems to be rubbery and tasteless.
  4. There is a speciality meat shop around here that sells it, crawfish and Blue crabs too. Seven lakes area is the best fishing in Tennessee. Been here since 06. I have six acres and catfish and brim in a pond that is 40 yards, and could easily handle a 12 footer. Pond is about six feet deep.:yelwink2:
  5. I was excited to try alligator on my trip to BR. I have to agree with you Kyle...it is rubbery. I'm saying I wouldn't have it again, but it wasn't my favorite.

  6. I had some alligator sausage one time that was pretty good. I think it was mixed with pork.
