Do you get a dvr or do you have to buy one?

I made a typo. Meant to say it doesn't have history or discovery. Sling does but I'm not sure if you get as many sports options. I'll probably get free trials with both and keep the one I like best.

Free DVR and cloud with youtubetv. There was something to do with how many users could watch at once or something, that we didn’t go with sling. It may have been the SECN, but I can’t remember. I just found today that you can toggle users on the app, which is a good thing for the roku tv in the living room. We have smart tv’s in all rooms, except my shop. But out there, I just use the chromecast and have it set to my WiFi range extender. Works very nicely

Delaware has no sales tax. I wonder if I could change my address to a Delaware one but still have my purchases sent to me on Louisiana. I had to pay $28 tax on my TV.

or maybe order it to Delaware,.. then do a change of address to Louisiana.

Lots of people order gifts for people in other states and have things sent to them. I would imagine that you would have to pay the sales tax for your home state rather than the state of residency for you gift.
You could get a mail forwarding service for about $10 a month or just a PO box since you wouldn't ever get mail there.
