The video explains the main part. Holliday in the backfield, runs straight ahead, difficult matchup because of his speed. My idea is what if we line up 4 wide outs, 2 deep, 2 slants. The deep receivers like LaFell and someone else with blazing speed create enough of a problem for the safeties, which will cause little or no coverage on Holliday. If the O-line didnt give enough time, dump the ball on the slant and because of the coverage of the 2 deep receivers, a guy like Doucet on the slant could go for a long gain. Even if there is coverage over the middle, 5-10 yard gain is still good. If the deep receivers manage to create a gap, long pass for a TD. I know this might just work in my head, but I still think plays similar to this will add explosiveness to our offense with all the talent and speed we have.

Hopefully Crowton will use something like this. Watching Double D in that clip was good to see after him being hurt last year & changing his last name.

I was watching that Ole Miss game from 2000 on Cox Sports two days ago, and I had completely forgot that Devery used to be a running back, and he looked really good back there! History bodes well for Richard Murphy becoming a good WR after touted backfield recruits like Josh Reed and Devery Henderson turned into first day draft picks at receiver.
