Somebody that's 'outside the SEC' that actually 'gets it'. The Badger Herald: Gridiron Nation: What to make of the SEC?
Good read but I think he missed right at the end. The team that wins the sec championship will get a spot in the NC game. Almost regardless of record.
Very good article. But according to it Jefferson is guilty of the charges that were pressed on him. He could have chosen his words differently.
Brett Sommers blew that paragraph! He would have us believe that, unlike any other US citizen, JJ is guilty of all charges, because, well, the BRPD charged him, right? Doesn't that alone make him guilty? Who needs a trial, anyway; they are expensive and there's a chance that the accused could be found innocent! I hope that, should JJ come through this unscathed, all the bloggers & writers would post his story prominently.
Journalism 101: the word allegedly is your friend when dealing with any type of crime story, even more so in sports nowadays. Having done what this guy does a long time ago, I would cut the guy a break considering he's a student reporter. However, he's a senior and should know better or at least have some editors on the paper who would catch that sort of thing.
The JJ 'error' aside is the point I was trying to make... the main jest of the article about SEC dominance. =\ I didn't put it up to start yet another JJ debate.
