Tulane is indeed the #1 seed.

Surprisingly, CSF is the National 6th seed.

Tulane, Southern, ULL, Alabama in New Orleans. That surprises me. I thought they would spread out the Lousiana schools.

LSU, Marist, Northwestern State, Rice in Baton Rouge.

Was there ever any doubt that the NCAA wasn't going to macth up LSU and Tulane. The biggest plus to me about playing Tulane is if we makie it to Omaha will play the 8th seed in the 1st game.

We beat Rice 8-2 earlier in the year.

Not surprised to see LSU and Tulane regionals paired together. This tells me that Tulane must have a good shot at using Zephyr Field for the SR ... the NCAA couldn't pass up the money this will make for them.

9 SEC teams got into the regionals ... the 8 SEC tourney teams plus Auburn. All the teams are either a 1 or 2 seed. The most SEC teams that could reach Omaha is 5.

Sucks to be Tulane. You stay top ranked all year and then get matched up with us in the SR.
