Why do we need a 3rd down/red zone coordinator? Shouldn't the OC know what to do in these situations? And why don't we have just 1 coach for CBs and safety's?

I find it all silly and this setup needs to end.

Orgeron needs to make the right moves on both sides of the ball in the coming weeks or he's not going to be here in a couple of more years.

I don't know but that's one position that needs to be evaluated. If 3rd downs were his specialty, he's got work to do because we have not been good on 3rd down all year.

Analytics... 2 heads are better than one and red zone offenses are just different. When you have 75 yards of green ahead of you defenses are geared more toward the nickel and dime but in the redzone the field shortens so you don’t need a extra dB to cover that much ground.

I don’t care how they do it, but the results were abysmal this year.
