are we ranked yet?

Does anybody know if we are ranked or at least close in the new basketball poll? For the First time in about 10 years Im getting fired up for basketball.:geauxtige

 

rankings mean nothing when you have a tournament system

 

we're 27 in the AP poll released today. thank god we're not rated, because it will only give ole miss and vandy added incentive. the only thing that matters right now is seeding for the NCAAs. man, I never thought I would be saying that about this team this year. keep it up tigers.

 

Agree, the tournament is the main event, but it's nice to see the team in the Top 25.

if we win the next 2 we will be ranked like 23.

 

That was last week. We should have jumped up considerably when the new rankings are released later.

 

I didn't see the date at all. It did seem kinda odd the two rankings were that far apart.
