I didn't really understand what that was all about. Did one of the assistants call a time out or something?

The ref probably didn't know that since Pelini had to call the timeouts for him.

I think Miles was arguing that he should not be called for the sideline warning since he is the head coach and has more lattitude in roaming the sideline. I don't know if the rules allow him to be on the 5 which is where he was.

I was at the game and have not seen any replays. What happened with "Pelini calling the timeout"? Not really sure what you are talking about (though I have seen it referenced elsewhere). Please explain.
