  1. Here are the numbers...

    Arkansas pass defense by down:
    1st down: 8.9 yards per attempt
    2nd down: 10 ypa
    3rd down: 4.9 ypa

    LSU pass offense by down:
    1st down: 8.4 ypa
    2nd down: 6.6 ypa
    3rd down: 4 ypa

    LSU can definitely take advantage of those bad Ark numbers, as long as the receivers stop dropping the ball...

    As for the run game...
    3rd down and 1-3 to go:
    Ark rush D: 3.05 ypa
    LSU rush O: 4.11 ypa

    The last two games against them:
    2017: 33-10
    2016: 38-10

    I'd expect something similar. Probably 35-10

  2. Beat me to it. Arky always worries me, especially knowing we play them right after Bama. Coach O has a great track record of getting the team focused after losses, and has beaten Arky the past two years after the Bama losses.

    I'm thinking the Tigers come out motivated, focused, and hungry. 38-13 good guys.

  3. I’ll say 40-10 LSU, offense looks better, Orgeron has the team playing up, kicking is back, and D is dominating.

  5. This is a tough one to predict... Arky is 2-7, yet they scored more points on Bama than any other team so far this season. Like someone else said, the Arkansas game makes me nervous also because either with blind luck or small "bursts" of energy, they manage to score somehow. On the other hand, I feel like our D is much better than Bama's D. Arky is one crazy team - they score big against Bama and also lose to cupcakes.
    Screw it, even with all that said, I'm going to say 38-6. I think our D holds them to 2 field goals.

    E's seat will get higher with more bad offense.

  8. That really is a bunch. I’ll be a little disappointed if O gets a small lead and takes the air out of the ball. I hope he maintains at least 16 point lead before doing so.

    That won’t help E’s case, but I guess O can weather the criticism with wins.

    Don’t think we can run at will, so will have to keep passing even with a sufficient lead to keep run lanes open.

  10. In all honesty, LSU should annihilate Arky. I wouldn't be surprised if they pull the upset because you guys out so much into your last game. Good Luck
