How quickly the finger can be pointed in a different direction. Check out some of this guy's "articles."

Geez. The photos and the evidence of these allegations against Bama players and fanatic business owners is pretty convincing.

How stupid can you be to do that?? Wow! Lmao, just makes you wonder sometimes what these players think and do at times....

If Harry Connick was on a music scholarship at LSU...would he be able to sell CDs and give autographs?

What kind of cut would LSU get?

I'm wondering if the myriad of NCAA rules preventing players from getting material benefit from their efforts would be actually less than any rules needed to regulate Pay For Play.

After the Ohio State mess, you'd think that anyone else breaking the same rules about memorbilia would begin covering their tracks.

And....is Bama still on probation for the textbook stuff ??

    Yes.

Another interesting development in all this is it turns out Bama sent a "cease and desist" letter to the store owner last December and managed to keep it quiet until now.

I still think that is a stupid rule. You can't sell your own property? I have a tough time with that one.

Anyone think they get the death penalty? Looks like there is a chance.

this was not his property. this was merchandise in a store that he went in and signed. big difference.

and the rule for not selling your own property is good. schools like ohio state and bama would be issuing 10 jerseys a week to kids, and a line of "customers" a mile long willing to pay 100's a pop. nothing more than sanctioned cheating. talk about a loop hole you could drive a truck through!

hell, pryor got what he wanted because there was no oversight. he would ask the equipment manager for something and get it, no questions asked.
