pretty damn happy about this one

Burke's career with the Astros is basically done, and I am fine with that

GM Wade says Matsui to bat 2nd behind Bourn.

Very speedy 1-2 punch. I like. I like.

well... Now the Astros have a great chance of winning every fifth day...

Gotta pick up some pitching, too.

As usual, I hope they go 0-162.

oh damn I am forgetting we got pathetic Braves and Cardinals fans on this board.

areed, MLB is asking for their championship rings back from the 2006 season.

The only thing pathetic is a franchise that is 45 years old and has never won a WS game.

or an NFL team 40 years old that has never been to the Superbowl.

it's no wonder most fans here are Saints and Astros fans.

im no sanitation engineer but I am pretty sure he didnt call LSU fans pathetic. i think he called a pathetic franchise pathetic, but ive been wrong before.

and like most times, i agree with clair, and we are usually right, as we dont jump to ridiculous conclusions buying into hype of of perennial bottom feeders, especially concerning playoff possibilities or mlb moves. ;)

Astros are reported to be shopping Luke Scott and Chris Burke for pitching. What kind of pitching are they gonna get for those two ?

in what sport does LSU compete for a World Series? Baseball... LSU has several diamonds on its fingers in that sport.

And in what sport does LSU compete for a Superbowl? None...

So I don't get the arguement.

Robidoux87 You call that a double?

He is 31 years old and a terrible hitter. The Astros ranked 10th or worse in the NL in all major offensive categories last year. They need guys who get on base and hit for power (Kaz does neither).

What do you like about this move?
