I was thinking of taking my wife and daughter to the ASU game Sat. My question is, my daughter is 3.5 y/o, does she need a ticket? I figure the answer is yes but not sure.

You should be able to get a ticket outside. Most of the ticket takers won't blink at the section on the ticket if it for your kid who will likely be on your lap the whole time anyway. Don't sweat it.
