Just booked my flight through Airtran out of MSY (only Delta and Airtran are running nonstops to Atlanta out of MSY, not sure about Baton Rouge) . Delta just jacked their rates to about a grand roundtrip but I got these for $450 ish departing From New Orleans, LA (MSY) to Atlanta, GA (ATL) - Coach Thursday, 23 Mar 06 Flight 158 Depart New Orleans, LA (MSY) at 2:46 pm and arrive in Atlanta, GA (ATL) at 5:09 pm returning From Atlanta, GA (ATL) to New Orleans, LA (MSY) - Coach Sunday, 26 Mar 06 Flight 157 Depart Atlanta, GA (ATL) at 1:44 pm and arrive in New Orleans, LA (MSY) at 2:16 pm have a 8 am class i have to make, other than that im skipping thurs-fri. after research every sweet 16 game past 2 years has been earliest 7 est so i dont see why it would be different this year. Hopefully we have the later game to allow more flexibility but i'll take what I can get. on to search for tickets....might try my luck on ebay or online ticket broker if it comes to it.... ANYONE else?
I'd love to go but I'd have to take off work, and my son would have to miss school, and I'd have to find a place to stay... Wait...I have vacation time, my son is an honor roll student and my aunt and uncle live 20 minutes from Atlanta. Hmmmm...

Sh!t dude, I'm in college too and would LOVE to have that kinda cashflow. Of course I'd just have to ask my dad, but I'd feel guilty going to the game when he couldn't (working overseas...)
As of right now, I will definitely be there. I just gotta get my truck fixed so it'll be fit to drive to the ATL. I was told that you could buy a book of tickets for $100 for all 3 games in the ATL region. Is that true? I don't think it is true, but it would be tight if it was true. I cant believe we're playing Duke.
