1. I was just thinking that LSU always looks very impressive in domes and on turf. LSU's speed always shines on turf. Now that we have turf in Tiger Stadium, the results have been the same.

Question: Does Jordan Hare have real grass? If so, will the surface affect LSU's effectiveness and speed?

I hope LSU players are not slipping and sliding all over the place from being used to their home surface.
  2. Since when did Tiger Stadium not have grass? I'm 99.99% sure that the field was completely redone, but it's still grass.
  3. Jordan Hare has real grass just like Tiger Stadium
  4. I guess I am wrong. I thought I read somewhere that LSU put in that new artificial turf. Sorry for the mistake.
  5. nah the re-did the field but put real grass back! So to answer your question....NO LSU shouldn't have a problem on JH's field.:hihi: :thumb:
  6. GREAT. That is why I love this board. Info-A-Plenty
  7. It's grass

They had to re-lanscape to take out all the divets after Aaron Brookes was dragged around on it a couple of games.
  8. Joe, you did read correctly.

  9. The indoor turf is the same used in the Georgia Dome and Superdome. They thought it would help us prepare for the SECC and the Sugar Bowl.:crystal: :crystal: :crystal:
