I'm very happy for you Colonel and for your grandson. I know exactly how you feel my brother was in the Marines and spent 2 tours in Iraq in Signals and Intelligence. Send him to the forum, to see how much we appreciate his service and sacrifice. If you read this Marine, we are all grateful to you and proud of you for your service. This country owes you the deepest gratitude and thankfulness. Thank you for your gracious service.
My wife, my two girls and myself sleep well at night knowing our volunteer military stand on that wall protecting our freedom. I know you can't say it enough, so please tell your Grandson thank you for his sacrifice. And Col please tell the rest of the family thank you from their fellow citizens for their sacrifice as well.
Well you've been nothing but a quality poster on this forum. And that can't be easy being an Ole Miss fan (altho I guess you're a hybrid LSU/Ole Miss fan....do you save on gas too?). But it's all in good fun and sportsmanship (for the most part).
