I really don't want to ask this question because I don't want the answer in a public forum like this but surprised that nobody has wondered who was being referenced in the original post. If my understanding of this "bad rumor" is correct, someone other than the artist formerly known as HB7 was in jeopardy of being kicked off the team but fortunately passed the Aug 1st test.
