1. Ugh, we could not have stopped the draw play if our lives depended on it that day.
  2. I will be extremely surprised if LSU is preseason unranked in any reputable poll.
  3. That's good. I'd rather they not choose us; we usually do better as the underdog anyway.
  4. It was called the "smoke draw" and Arkansas couldn't do anything with Shaud Williams either.
Rival games should never, ever be put in the blow out category. I also think it's a waste of time to take last year's results and put it to next year's teams. The dynamics are never the same.Offensively, before the LSU game Bama was in a month long slump and did not resemble the early season or the late season team that played florida and Texas. Injuries, bye's and who's playing well for whatever reason, that particular week, will count for a lot.

If results were science, Auburn and Tennessee were much better then our last two opponents, hardly. Truth is rival games are often unpredictable, and when a team usually under estimates one of their own, they usually pay.

  5. I don't know; however, can I have some of what he is smoking?

  6. The article was sort of a cheap shot at Miles and company and his special football perspective was nothing less than clairvoyant , at best. As the Alabama season takes shape, it is obvious to him that our defense doesn't improve. Whatever is happening to our D-backs inability to cover in the first game, is still getting magnified in the SECCG, to the tune of a loss. Coaching and talent makes that unlikely.

The loss to S.Carolina doesn't sound insane. But the loss at home to Auburn makes it appear he spent some time on that "little yellow bus" Taking Auburn for granite two years in a row isn't in Bama's DNA.
  7. speaking of which....
  8. Please tell me you did that on purpose...as a joke. Right?
  9. Apparently they will beat us worse than they will beat Georgia State.
