this utah team deserves to be in the national championship conversation. man smith missing this game killed bama. all you people who cheered for bama because of the SEC i understand that, but........i cant do it. Geaux Utes!
Tidefans.com is imploding big-time... They dominated us tonight. Utah whipped our tails tonight. they beat us tonight, and badly Every since 92 I have longed for the day when Bama could just win the games it's supposed to. USC goes out and dominates, (yes they lost a game they shouldn't) but in an overall way. We played one of the best if not the best team in the nation better than this. I just hope this dosen't set us back a few years. There were so many ways we got beat tonight, I don't even know where to begin. This was a bad, bad, bad loss. . . Our DB's couldn't make adjustments at all. #88 was an All-American tonight. Our safeties, corners, linebackers, just wow. . . We couldn't get pressure consistently, our linebackers weren't calling for the correct adjustments, or audibiling to the right aligments. Our offense couldn't block, JPW couldn't stop looking at Julio. Any way you slice it, we were horrible. I'm more embaressed than anything about this game it's depressing to end on a low note We never got real pressure on their QB and they were all over ours all night There we calls that the coaching staff made that I really did not get. Bama did not pass like we did tonight all season long. Our offensive game plan had me saying WTH???? For instance, why did it take the staff until we were behind 21-0 to figure out we could not sit there and give Brian Johnson all day to pass and to pressure him? I figured it out at 7-0
